CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE PUBLIC COURSE DATES ANNOUNCED FOR 2010

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARENESS
This one day, hands-on public course will focus on preparing an application to meet the standard. The elements within each of the standards, five criteria are explored and participants will relate these to their own organisations.
